We are seeking an accomplished Document Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a legal background who excels at creating polished documents and ensuring they meet the highest standards.
About the RoleThis position involves creating, formatting, and perfecting legal documents to meet firm and client expectations. As a Document Specialist, you will be part of a supportive admin team and collaborate with colleagues across international offices.
Key Responsibilities- Create and format legal documents to meet firm and client standards
- Assist colleagues with document-related queries and software tools
- Share best practices and train legal PAs and trainees on document creation
- Collaborate with IT and document solutions teams to test new tools and troubleshoot issues
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using DocXtools, Litera Compare, PDF tools, and SharePoint
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident communicator with experience delivering training sessions
