Job Title: Care Professional

Location: Various Sites Across Ireland

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Professionals. The role involves providing personal care and assistance to elderly clients, individuals with intellectual disabilities, or those requiring homecare support.

  • Deliver daily living activities, including dressing, feeding, and mobility support.
  • Support clients' physical and emotional well-being by monitoring and maintaining accurate records of care provided.
  • Assist with social and recreational activities, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes or residential settings.
  2. Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  3. Monitor and maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
  4. Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  5. Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements:

  • QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent is essential.
  • Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
  • Full clean driver's license is required for roles involving travel between clients' homes.
  • Previous experience in elderly care, homecare, or intellectual disabilities is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a person-centered approach are essential.
