">Main Job Responsibilities">
  • Provide overall leadership and supervision to a team of employees.
  • Travel to each store regularly, performing consistent visit audits.
  • Investigate the quality and standards of cleaning services.
  • Supervise and monitor employee progress and performance, determining work priorities and allocating workloads.
  • Evaluate productivity and quality control through regular site visits.
  • Maintain health and safety standards in all store locations.
  • Ensure correct use of technology, machinery, and cleaning materials in stores/on site.
  • Conduct stock checks on produce, equipment, and materials as required.
  • Arrange/carry out employee training and induction with Managers and Supervisors.
  • Liaise with HR promptly, maintaining open communication and integrity.
  • Avoid potential hazards by adhering to HACCP principles, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Promote awareness of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Practices.
  • Implement CAPA plans in response to audit non-conformances.
  • Develop business strategies, assisting Store Managers/Franchisees build local relationships and develop LSM plans for each store.
  • Take the lead role in planning employee development, recruitment, selection, training, and succession planning for future expansion.
  • Oversee employee relations and customer complaints, taking necessary action to minimize impact.
  • Liaise with head office departments as needed.
  • Ensure timely completion of CAPA plans.
  • Prepare weekly KPI reports for sales, productivity, man hours budgets, stock, margins, wastage.
  • Manage time effectively to maximize resource utilization.
  • Continuously review work methods and procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Attend weekly management meetings at Head Office, prepared to address new challenges.
  • Verify accurate service charging through communication with Finance Department.
  • Daily utilize Station Master and MyStaff sites.
  • Foster a trained and responsible team.
  • Cultivate a productive workforce focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Promote Health & Safety throughout the work environment to reduce/eliminate accidents.
  • Action daily issues that arise.
  • Report issues to Senior Management as necessary.
  • Complete accident/incident investigations and report forms as per policy.
  • Maintain compliance with all legislation, including working time act, rest periods, max working hours, equality legislation, grievance, and disciplinary procedure.
  • Maintain accurate records, including time and attendance, time sheets, site minutes, etc.
  • Handle staff disciplinary and grievances at a local level according to company policy, communicating regularly with Head Office HR Department.
