We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Order Management team as a Customer Service Representative.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to business-to-business (B2B) customers, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Processing orders and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bilingual Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-oriented role is desirable but not mandatory
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
