Job Overview:

As a skilled HVAC technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and tune-ups on residential heating and air conditioning systems.

You will provide excellent customer service and educate customers on the benefits of preventative maintenance and indoor air quality products and services.

This is an entry-level position with company-paid training, career growth opportunities, and a spiff/bonus program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and tune-ups on residential heating and air conditioning systems
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Educating customers on the benefits of preventative maintenance and indoor air quality products and services

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime

Pay Scale: $25.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
  • 6 months of experience or combination of education and experience
  • Mechanical skills / aptitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Universal EPA Certification or acquire within 6 months of employment
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance with customers
  • Willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes Company paid
  • Ability to operate power and hand tools safely & follow all safety rules
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
