Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our consumer finance team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing full commercial financial support to the Consumer leadership teams. This includes ensuring completion of budgeting and forecasting cycles, monthly finance reporting, and liaising with the Consumer leadership departments regarding all financially measured KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong planning and organisation skills, and creative thinking abilities. They will also have good influencing skills at all levels within the organisation and experience gained in a telecommunication related service environment. Additionally, they should be proficient with enterprise reporting systems and have first-class communication skills.

As a leader, you will be responsible for managing two direct reports, responsible for their development and performance reviews. You will also work closely with key department heads to identify and evaluate future expenditure plans to ensure realistic department forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide full commercial financial support to the Consumer leadership teams.
  • Ensure completion of budgeting and forecasting cycles and monthly finance reporting.
  • Liaise with the Consumer leadership departments regarding all financially measured KPIs.


Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong planning and organisation skills.
  • Good influencing skills at all levels within the organisation.
  • Experience gained in a telecommunication related service environment.
  • Proficient with enterprise reporting systems (Oracle).
  • First class communication skills.
