Job Title: Customer Experience Associate

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining and developing relationships with assigned customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide key point of contact for assigned customers
  • Process customer sales orders from receipt to final dispatch and invoicing
  • Attend daily meetings as required
  • Drive improvement initiatives in the customer experience team
  • Liaise with internal departments such as production and quality to communicate customer requirements/priorities
  • Chase ETA's from internal and external production teams and advise customers
  • Deal with customer queries to the required standard
  • Provide data analysis to internal and external customers as required
  • Support the customer service team with other customer requirements when necessary
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role within the industry and relevant qualification would be an advantage
  • Excellent time management/organizational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, ensuring commitments are met in a timely manner
  • Ability to work under pressure to ensure tight deadlines are met
  • Understanding of the local industry and resources available
  • Grasp of estimating fundamentals
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
