We are expanding our Global Sustainability team and are looking to recruit a Data Analyst to join the existing Climate Action Team as part of the Global Sustainability Department.

Sustainability is the business opportunity for Oldcastle Inc. to realize its full potential and reinvent the way our world is built. The team's aim is to support the development of a decarbonization strategy to enable Oldcastle Inc. to adapt ahead of time to shifts in the external environment and to continue to deliver sustained value-creating growth.

Job Description
In this role, you will play an important part in advancing the critical agendas of the Sustainability Strategy at Oldcastle Inc.: By collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting various sets of complex data, you will ensure that we have the necessary information available for sound decision-making.

Main Responsibilities
The key tasks and responsibilities include:
  • Data Analysis & Management: Gather, clean, and organize relevant sustainability data from various sources.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize statistical methods, data visualization tools, and predictive analytics to assess internal and external data and identify trends, correlations, and patterns.
  • Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Development and Reporting: Create and track KPIs to measure sustainability performance and progress towards goals. Develop clear and concise sustainability reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Roadmap Development
You will contribute to the development of roadmaps and action plans to achieve sustainability goals; manage roadmap process including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. You will also participate in the development and implementation of the company's overall sustainability strategy by providing profound data analysis and intelligible information.
