
Financial Performance Manager

We are seeking a Revenue Management Specialist to oversee revenue management and financial reporting processes for clinical trial projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the revenue recognition process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and project milestones.
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor financial performance, including revenue, FTE requirements, unbilled position.
- Deliver all required audit (both internal and external) documentation and ensure full and effective compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Mentor and develop direct reports, as well as wider team through them, minimizing personal involvement in detailed process other than supervisory and/or escalation level.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive financial efficiencies across revenue management activities.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- CPA or similar qualification is an advantage.
- Proven experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or accounting, ideally within a clinical research or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with financial management systems and tools, with strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with ability to collaborate across departments and manage financial teams.
