Revenue Management Professional

As a revenue management professional at ICON plc, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial aspects of clinical trial projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication and leadership skills.

  • Manage revenue recognition processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and project milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor financial performance, including revenue, full-time equivalent requirements, unbilled positions, and deliver audit documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities, and identify opportunities for process improvements and driving financial efficiencies across revenue management activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or accounting, ideally within a clinical research or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial reporting requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with financial management systems and tools, with strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage financial teams.
