Job Description:
Our hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced nursing professional to lead our Adult Inpatient Services. As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7 years of post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting within the last 10 years.
- 4 years of management experience at CNM II or higher.
- A healthcare or postgraduate qualification level 8/9 in a healthcare or management-related area.
- Clinical, managerial, and administrative capacity to discharge the functions of the role.
- Demonstrable evidence of continuous professional development.
