Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Program Manager to oversee the development of online services and complex projects for consumer products. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience working with diverse teams and partner groups.

This role involves collaborating with software developers to schedule development, write functional specifications, and drive decision-making to build engaging online experiences. Additionally, the successful candidate will lead technical discussions and solutions to business and/or customer requirements.

The program manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment. They will participate in initial requirements reviews, analysis, and resolve dependencies. Furthermore, they will provide ongoing insight into progress, risks, schedules, and timelines of features in development.

  • Collaborate with software developers to create effective development strategies and functional specifications.
  • Lead technical discussions and solution implementation to meet business and customer needs.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
  • Participate in initial requirements reviews, analysis, and dependency resolution.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, schedules, and timelines.
Key Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in program management and project management with high-volume online user experiences.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum Master and Product Owner roles.
  • Strong communication, cross-group collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience as a software developer or tester.
  • Able to manage a feature through the entire development and release cycle.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and passion for creating world-class consumer experiences.
