Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Actuarial Operations professional to join our team. This key role will drive operational excellence and support the management of the end-to-end operating model.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of the function vision and its objectives in line with the European strategy.
  • Develop an effective end-to-end Finance Operating Model, including the development and maintenance of the overall view of Finance and Actuarial processes and technology roadmap.
  • Ensure oversight of all Finance and Actuarial change projects, adhering to the change governance framework and operational readiness activities.
  • Partner with other teams to develop and support efficient reporting cycles, supporting financial control and reporting activities.
  • Manage outsourced services and work with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information is available for robust control structures.
  • Maintain compliance with the risk framework, policies and standards.
  • Promote a continuous performance improvement culture, encouraging innovation and growth.
  • Develop cross-divisional internal relationships to create a strong network supporting business objectives.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions that meet end-user needs and requirements.
  • Apply external insights to ensure strategic and operational priorities are appropriate.
  • Communicate complex information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
