Global Marketing Procurement Lead

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development and execution of category strategies across Marketing and Sales Procurement. The successful candidate will create and drive procurement activity globally, designing a marketing procurement vision aligned with the organization's growth strategy. This includes implementing and executing procurement strategies across all subcategories, addressing governance, compliance, capability building, and embracing a holistic approach to optimize the entire procurement process.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of progressive procurement experience, with at least 5 years of experience leading a team of high-performing procurement professionals. They will have a strong working knowledge of the marketing agency environment sourcing one or more of the following: Creative, Insights, Media, etc. A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field is required. A master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute category strategies to maximize value for the business
• Create a vision for Global Marketing & Sales Procurement and implement strategic sourcing processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders globally to develop long-term sourcing strategies and build strong relationships with vendors
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement expertise and deliver measurable results with clear KPIs

• Results-oriented individual with solid proven track record in delivering value (cost and cash)
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and influencing skills with ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization
• Ability to creatively solve business problems pragmatically and at speed, working with a high level of independence
• Strong digital fluency with knowledge of and experience with Procurement Tech stacks
• Planning and organization skills—Ability to establish work plans, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex business situations clearly
