Job Overview

Diligent is a leading provider of governance, risk and compliance solutions. As a Senior Director, Governance Operations, you will play a key role in driving product and growth initiatives across our Governance portfolio.

This role requires a systems thinker who can distill complex product capabilities into market-winning strategies, identify opportunities and risks, and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership & Vision:
    • Develop comprehensive go-to-market and market entry strategies across our software portfolio and all market segments.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategies and drive impact.
    • Conduct ongoing competitive benchmarking and industry trend analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and strategy gaps.
  • Go-to-Market Excellence:
    • Contribute to P&L planning and forecasting with market-driven insights.
    • Collaborate on pricing strategy optimization and revenue model innovation.
  • Growth & Product Adoption:
    • Identify, develop, and execute revenue growth strategies across the entire customer lifecycle.
    • Design and implement growth experiments, measure impact, and iterate based on performance data.
  • Business Unit Leadership & Development:
    • Serve as a member of the Governance Leadership team and help build a high-performing team.
    • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and rapid experimentation.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience developing and executing product strategies, including GTM strategies and driving revenue growth.

They should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present complex concepts clearly, and strong creative, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
