Job OverviewThis is a busy administration role where you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and business partners. You will provide administrative and sales support to both team members and clients, manage a busy customer service counter, handle incoming calls, emails, and general client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as Primary Point of Contact
- Provide Administrative and Sales Support
- Manage Customer Service Counter
- Handle Incoming Calls, Emails, and Inquiries
- Perform Ad Hoc Duties as Needed
- Coordinate Sales Administration Tasks
- Prepare and Maintain Vendor Reports
- Handle Vendor Inquiries through Phone and Email Communication
- Organizational Skills: Be organised, efficient and eager to succeed
- Previous Experience in Busy Administration Role with Strong MS Office Skills
- Commitment to High Standards and Positive Work Approach
- Efficient and Organized with Excellent Attention to Detail
- Customer Focused with Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills (Written and Oral)
