Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Motor, Employer, and Public Liability injury and damage claims.

You will handle claims through direct settlement, PIAB, pre-litigation, and litigation stages, delivering outstanding customer service and making early and accurate decisions on liability, indemnity, quantum, and settlement strategy.

As a Claims Handler, you will collaborate with solicitors, legal teams, and external service providers when needed, identify and follow up on fraud and recovery opportunities, and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes.
