Job Title: Operations Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Operations Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our production planning department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.


Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate the production schedule to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors to optimize production workflows and minimize disruptions.
  • Evaluate inventory levels and raw materials stock to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Communicate production schedules and lead times to the sales and customer service teams.
  • Monitor production performance and report on any issues or concerns.
  • Develop strategies to improve productivity and efficiency in production operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
