Job Overview

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering the overall marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Managing a small but growing marketing team, ensuring high performance, creativity, and professional development.
  • Engaging stakeholders across the business, working closely with partners, directors, and senior leaders to ensure marketing supports strategic priorities.
  • Overseeing a wide range of marketing activities including brand development, digital campaigns, content marketing, events, PR, and internal communications.
  • Building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, becoming a go-to advisor for marketing and communications across all service lines.

The successful candidate will be commercially astute, with a hands-on and strategic mindset, and a strong track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.

This is an initial 12-month contract role, with a strong possibility of permanency.
