
Conveyancing Expert

The successful candidate will join a team in the Property, Planning & Environment and Employment Law sector at a major energy supplier.
Key Responsibilities- Completion of conveyancing transactions for the company.
- General commercial conveyancing work looking after technical property infrastructure.
- Managing own caseload working closely with line manager.
- Working with/supporting other members of the team.
- Meeting with and advising business clients.
- General property law research and advisory work.
- Advising on and ensuring adherence to Corporate Governance frameworks.
- Minimum of 2 years post qualification commercial conveyancing experience in a legal practice and admitted and enrolled as a solicitor in Ireland.
- Expertise in commercial conveyancing including sales, purchases, granting and taking easements, leases and licences.
- Strong planning, organisation and case management skills with a track record of managing a large caseload effectively.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results while working to tight timelines and with others through teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to communicate effectively with others and carry out negotiations with third party solicitors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Office package.
- Sound commercial judgment and 'can-do' attitude.
