We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homecare Nurse to join our team.

Job Description

Be a key part of our homecare nursing team

Our Homecare Nurses provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of clients' own homes. This rewarding role involves delivering personalized care, promoting independence, and supporting clients with daily living tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering person-centered care to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication administration
  • Monitoring clients' condition and reporting any concerns to our team
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Current PIN issued by NMBI (required)
  • Full immunizations and Vaccination history
  • Full clean driving license desirable
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
