Job Summary

As a seasoned culinary leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of catering and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional dining experiences.

  • Strategically manage kitchen and service counter operations to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and customer service excellence.
  • Cultivate innovative food concepts to stay ahead of industry trends and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute menus that showcase culinary expertise and creativity.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  3. Maintain accurate inventory levels and implement action plans to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet business objectives.
  5. Represent the organization in a professional and courteous manner, upholding its values and reputation.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • At least two years of experience in similar leadership positions, preferably within the hospitality or foodservice industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A Basic Food Hygiene certificate or equivalent.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
