Strategic HR Business Partner

Our organisation seeks an experienced HR Generalist to lead strategic HR initiatives across Irish operations, drive organisational change and foster a culture of ownership.

You will work closely with the HR Manager to steer the business's HR direction, including integrating new acquisitions, coaching line managers and overseeing the entire employee life cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading initiatives across Irish operations
  • Coaching line managers on performance, engagement and talent development
  • Overseeing the entire employee life cycle

Additional duties involve managing recruitment processes, maintaining relationships with recruitment partners and coordinating training identified in quarterly reviews.

Employee relations and performance matters, as well as policy compliance and benefits administration, fall under your remit.

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working as an HR Generalist
  • Educated to degree level or demonstrable equivalent experience
  • Good Employee Relations experience with extensive knowledge of Irish employment law
