Job Title: Maintenance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our team of expert technicians in ensuring equipment reliability.

  • Implement EU network standards, plan preventative maintenance, and ensure technical availability
  • Collaborate with colleagues to collect and analyse data to improve processes
  • Deliver and support site-based and network-level projects

A Day in the Life:

You'll be based at one of our operational sites where you can provide practical guidance to your team and gain a clear understanding of site operations. This involves collecting data and resolving problems in a fast-paced environment. You'll also have the opportunity to create an operational plan to increase productivity and efficiency.

About the Team:

Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment across our global network of fulfilment centres. We're a technically-minded team made up of excellent team players guided by experienced leaders.
