Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Maintenance Technician in Dublin, Ireland.

This role involves carrying out routine maintenance activities and providing technical support to ensure the safe and reliable operation of our equipment and facilities.

  • Adhere to Safe Systems of Work, conduct Risk Assessments, perform Safety Inspections, and maintain Hazardous Area standards for a safe working environment.
  • Perform maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical equipment to guarantee safe and reliable delivery of products meeting customer requirements.
  • Implement Manufacturing Excellence tools and techniques such as RCA, 5 Whys, RCM, 5 S, and other methodologies to drive site performance towards world-class standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead the implementation of Asset Care standards.
  • Complete accurate Asset Care documentation.
  • Develop, revise, and review related technical documents (Maintenance Plans, SOPs, BOMs, etc.).
  • Record all activity in SAP and utilize this system to support maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent trade qualification.
  • Experience working within high-volume production environments.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
