Senior Residential Project Manager

The primary objective of this role is to manage residential projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality standards. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects in accordance with client specifications.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to achieve project goals.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and meeting minutes.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and meeting their needs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management or a similar role, preferably in the residential sector.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar tools).
- A proactive approach with a strong problem-solving mindset.
