As a Senior Site Engineer, you will take charge of overseeing the delivery of large-scale residential projects in Dublin. This role presents an exciting opportunity for ambitious engineers to play a key part in driving programme delivery and ensuring milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the setting out process for houses, apartments, roads, and drainage systems.
  • Supervise day-to-day site operations, including subcontractors and trades.
  • Drive programme delivery, guaranteeing timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance throughout all phases of project execution.
  • Prepare site records, progress reports, and as-built drawings to ensure seamless handover.
  • Liaise with project management, design teams, and local authorities to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers and site staff to promote knowledge sharing and skills development.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential.
  • At least 5 years' experience in residential construction, preferably with housing and RC frame projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in setting out and construction sequencing.
  • Proven leadership skills in supervising subcontractors and site teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, surveying equipment, and MS Office.
  • A full clean driving licence is required.
