Job Description

This role plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring that every vehicle is meticulously prepared and ready for delivery.

You will be responsible for vehicle preparation, inspections, parking management, and collaboration with your team to enhance pre-delivery processes.

The goal is to provide seamless and outstanding customer delivery experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Log damages to vehicles due to transportation damage and submit paperwork correctly for claims using proprietary software.
  • Perform technical inspections on all vehicles prior to delivery, document and rectify any issues found.
  • Ensure vehicles are delivery-ready, including license plate holders attached, customer accessories installed, plastic removed, etc.
  • Manage vehicle arrivals, inventory across multiple locations, and safely move and charge vehicles as part of the pre-delivery process.
  • Clean vehicles in compliance with standards before delivery.
  • Operate equipment such as buffers, hoses, vacuums, etc. to perform detailed cleaning.
  • Apply protective finishes to the exteriors of our customers' cars.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Full driving licence which should be held for 2 years and over with no more than 6 points.
  • Right to work in the country.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to communicate, read and write effectively in English.
  • You thrive collaborating closely in diverse teams and can work in shifts to support your team.
  • Strong work ethic with a proven record of reliability and commitment.
  • Proactive team player with the ability to foster collaborative relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
