We are seeking a seasoned Billing Administrator to join our finance team in Cork City.

About the Role
  • Oversee all aspects of billing and contract management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure new contracts on Vantage, our billing system.
  • Collect meter readings via email and phone, and distribute spreadsheets to multiple users.
  • Issue service invoices to customers on a weekly basis, based on contract terms.
  • Liaise with analysts to set up and cancel contracts.
  • Submit meter readings monthly.
  • Unwind contracts as required.
  • Annual upload of contracts to Vantage.
  • Support customer information, billing queries, and volume details.
  • Collaborate with the financial controller on ad-hoc reports.
  • Handle customer billing inquiries.
Requirements
  • Experience in a fast-paced finance environment.
  • Background in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
  • Structured approach to work and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications, including Excel.
  • Experience with Sage and Vantage software is beneficial.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
