Corporate Learning Strategist

This is an exciting opportunity to design, deliver and manage impactful learning programs that empower employees to grow their skills and contribute effectively to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct needs assessments through surveys, interviews and performance data analysis.
- Develop training materials, manuals and e-learning content that cater to diverse learner needs.
- Deliver training sessions using a variety of methods (in-person, virtual, workshops) and facilitate onboarding and continuous professional development programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant course content and monitor its effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on training activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, training techniques and technologies to support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
