EMEA Marketing Strategy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing strategy lead to oversee the development and implementation of our EMEA marketing strategy.

  • Manage and support a team consisting of 3 Marketing Officers, one based in London, one based in Paris, and one based in Madrid.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to ensure our digital presence is optimized for visibility and performance across all markets.
  • Collaborate with the Paris-based team, attending monthly Marketing Committee meetings to discuss strategy and performance.
  • Represent the company at client events, trade shows, and relevant industry conferences across the EMEA region.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the HRIS / HR consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and inbound marketing strategies.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing small teams and overseeing cross-regional projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company at high-level events.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
