Job Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Development Strategist to support senior stakeholders across the organization. This varied role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and be responsible for driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to meet business objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets and coordinate campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Liaise with the broader marketing team on project management, including event planning and coordination.
  • Optimize the CRM database for enhanced performance.
  • Support the preparation of business development pitches and presentations.
  • Participate in internal business development meetings as required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate marketing.
  • A degree or diploma in Business or Marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior individuals.
  • Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and advanced skills in MS Office.
