About the Role:

  • Client inquiries will be addressed, transactions will be processed, and complex issues will be troubleshooted to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Strategic planning and change management initiatives will be implemented to enhance service delivery, adhering to established policies and practices.
  • Influencing and managing internal stakeholders will be key in driving mutually beneficial outcomes, leveraging skills in strategic planning, conflict management, and internal stakeholder management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert-level customer service and support to clients
  • Implementing strategic planning and change management initiatives to enhance service delivery
  • Influencing and managing internal stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a client service role within a financial institution
  • Demonstrated proficiency in detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions to protect clients and the institution
  • Experience in liaising with various departments to ensure compliance with technical standards and organizational policies
  • Proficiency in influencing and managing internal stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
