Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Client Service Delivery Associate to join our team. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service and operational support to clients, while also implementing strategic planning and change management initiatives.

- Client inquiries will be addressed, transactions will be processed, and complex issues will be troubleshooted to ensure client satisfaction.
- Strategic planning and change management initiatives will be implemented to enhance service delivery, adhering to established policies and practices.
- Influencing and managing internal stakeholders will be key in driving mutually beneficial outcomes, leveraging skills in strategic planning, conflict management, and internal stakeholder management.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Providing expert-level customer service and support to clients
- Implementing strategic planning and change management initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Influencing and managing internal stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a client service role within a financial institution
- Demonstrated proficiency in detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions to protect clients and the institution
- Experience in liaising with various departments to ensure compliance with technical standards and organizational policies
- Proficiency in influencing and managing internal stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
