This key position plays a pivotal role in driving business expansion and overseeing critical accounts across Europe, directly reporting to the Regional Director.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and grow relationships with top-tier accounts in Ireland, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.
- At least 10 years of experience in account management, business development, or similar roles within the polymer, chemical, or manufacturing industries.
- A proven track record of managing large, high-value accounts (OEMs, moulders) with multi-million-euro contracts.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.
- Results-driven, with a history of delivering against targets.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and collaboration abilities.
