Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering impactful training to organisations across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging disability awareness and inclusion training sessions using remote platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
  • Facilitate in-person training sessions at client sites within the Leinster region, ensuring effective communication and participant engagement.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients in improving disability inclusion within their workplaces, utilising your knowledge and skills to drive positive change.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative alternative training formats, including On Demand Training content, to cater to diverse client needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to design, enhance, and update training programmes and materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and relevance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development is essential, with a strong track record of designing and delivering successful training programmes.
  • A background or strong interest in disability, neurodiversity, or workplace inclusion is highly desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants during training sessions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Webex), with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Experience delivering training both online and onsite, with a proven ability to work effectively in diverse settings.
  • A stable broadband connection and suitable remote working setup, allowing for seamless delivery of training sessions.

The ideal candidate will be based in the Leinster region and available to travel to client sites as required, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact.
