Join a dynamic team as a Training Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in educating clients on brand knowledge and cutting-edge science.

This comprehensive training program involves implementing a 3-tier approach:

  • Top Customers: Deliver in-clinic training for our top accounts, focusing on building revenue and supporting existing training programs.
  • Academy Focus: Execute dedicated academy sessions for new accounts, providing tailored follow-up training to reinforce staff knowledge and motivation.

You will report to the Head of Education & Strategic Partnership Manager and be responsible for:

  • Training Delivery: Develop and deliver regular academy training sessions, regional trainings, and individual in-clinic sessions, aligning with SkinCeuticals' brand representation and guidelines.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on competitor activities and provide qualitative feedback from the field.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong, trustworthy relationships with key account contacts, including clinic managers, training managers, and head healthcare professionals/medical directors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Strong Autonomy: Work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining close collaboration with the Sales Team.
  • Excellent Communication: Effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders, both verbally and written.
  • Brand Embodiment: Demonstrate a deep understanding and embodiment of the SkinCeuticals brand identity, with knowledge of the professional medical aesthetic universe.
  • Continuous Learning: Commit to regularly updating knowledge on new medical aesthetics treatment procedures within the industry.
