Strategic HR Operations Leadership Role

This is a key operational management and strategic role with scope for development.

  • Manage, develop and motivate a team of HR professionals to provide an efficient and professional service on all HR processes and employee life cycle related matters.
  • Set clear responsibilities and objectives within the HR Operations Team and ensure resources are in place to enable effective delivery.
  • Build alignment with the People Strategy and HRLT priorities to ensure fit for purposes policies, procedures and service delivery systems are in place.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure service continuity is maintained in addition to managing cross-functional collaboration with other business services functions to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional service excellence.
  • Develop and implement effective HR processes and policies that support business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree preferably in Human Resources or a related area and CIPD membership/qualification.
  • 5-6 years' experience in a relevant Operations / HRBP / Manager role within a professional services environment.
  • Strong track record of providing comprehensive HR support to business units and stakeholders.
  • Experience of managing, developing and motivating HR teams and implementing change initiatives.
