We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Front Office Manager. This role will involve ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued, while supporting the smooth running of the front office.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest queries efficiently.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and reservations using hotel systems.
- Support the front office team with day-to-day operations and delegation of tasks.
- Assist in the smooth running of reception during early and late shifts, including weekends.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and presentation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist or front office role within a hotel environment.
- Valid work permits with documentation are essential.
- Excellent communication, computer, and telephone skills.
- Previous experience with Picasso CRM or similar system.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and shift patterns (early and late).
- Strong organisational skills and a professional approach.
