  • Support the front office team with day-to-day operations and delegation of tasks.
  • Assist in the smooth running of reception during early and late shifts, including weekends.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and presentation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist or front office role within a hotel environment.
  • Valid work permits with documentation are essential.
  • Excellent communication, computer, and telephone skills.
  • Previous experience with Picasso CRM or similar system.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a busy environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and shift patterns (early and late).
  • Strong organisational skills and a professional approach.
