Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest queries efficiently
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and reservations using hotel systems
- Support the front office team with day-to-day operations and delegation of tasks
- Assist in the smooth running of reception during early and late shifts, including weekends
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and presentation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist or front office role within a hotel environment
- Valid work permits with documentation are essential
- Excellent communication, computer, and telephone skills
- Previous experience with Picasso CRM or similar system
