The ideal candidate will oversee an existing portfolio of managed properties across Dublin, taking full responsibility for the letting and management process.
This role involves managing tenant maintenance issues, liaising with landlords and tenants, and coordinating with contractors. Additionally, the successful candidate will handle RTB registration, advertise properties, vet potential tenants, and manage all associated paperwork using LetMan.
Key Requirements- Valid Property Services License (B, C & D)
- Full clean driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of tenancy regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of Residential Tenancies Board workings
- Good administrative and IT skills
- Able to work in a small lettings team
- 22 days annual leave
- Expenses covered
- Mobile phone and laptop provided
This is a full-time position based in our office in Dublin 6, reporting directly to the Head of Lettings. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture offering a competitive salary.
