Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed records of all suppliers.

  • Review monthly reports on outstanding purchase orders.
  • Develop and implement effective purchasing processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • A skilled negotiator able to secure favorable terms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to multitask in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail for accuracy.
