As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure exceptional service quality, consistency, and speed of service in line with standards.
  • Supervise a warm and attentive welcome for all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Optimize table turnover and ensure average spend meets set targets, driving revenue growth.
  • Manage daily operations on the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of service.
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards in the dining area, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for customers.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize labor costs related to front-of-house operations, improving efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage team rosters and shift planning, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
  • Oversee wine, dishware, and uniform inventory and orders, ensuring timely receipt and storage of supplies.
  • Be responsible for cash handling, managing float and reconciliations.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of all front-of-house equipment, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
Team Success:
  • Approve new hires and oversee onboarding of new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
  • Lead daily training sessions, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team to drive improvement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Encourage strong coordination between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams, ensuring seamless delivery of service.
  • Work closely with Assistant Manager to ensure smooth service, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
