  • Strong numeracy skills and financial acumen to manage restaurant finances effectively.
  • Sound judgment in dealing with all situations, including guest complaints and staff issues.

Requirements

  • At least three years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in quality hotel and restaurant establishments.
  • Proven track record as a team leader with excellent service standards.
  • Genuine passion for good food and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to positively interact with guests, colleagues, and collaborators.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and train team members.
