We are seeking a seasoned Hospitality Leader to assume the role of Restaurant Manager. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our front-of-house team and upholding exceptional service standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of leadership in the hospitality industry, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of all front-of-house activities
  • Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Director to maintain excellence across all touchpoints
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, drive sales growth, and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure individual and team success
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, teamwork, and open communication
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a restaurant or F&B management role
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
