Senior Risk Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned risk professional to lead the analysis and reporting of financial performance. As a key member of our risk oversight team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and transparency of our financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse financial data to identify key risks and trends, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain tools to support risk management, including dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and capability development within the risk oversight function.
  • Provide expert guidance on risk management best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare strategic presentations for senior management and governance committees, highlighting key risk and performance insights.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in financial risk management, P&L analysis, or related roles, with strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products, markets, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Practical experience with risk and trading systems, as well as exposure to products including fixed income, equities, and derivatives.
  • Proficiency in VBA and Python programming, with the ability to enhance reporting and analytical processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, ACCA, or CFA are highly desirable.
