We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our team.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and visitors, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front-of-house area, including the reception desk, switchboard, and meeting rooms
  • Coordinate office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and data entry
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and deliveries
  • Support staff with travel bookings and day-to-day requests

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role or as an administrator
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational ability with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment
