Job Title: Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team, including managing front office operations, coordinating events, and maintaining building maintenance. They will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining health and safety standards, as well as managing the courier system and arranging vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first point of contact for all incoming queries
  • Manage front office meetings, greet, and sign in visitors
  • Contribute to planning and execution of engaging events
  • Manage both planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance for the building
  • Monitor and maintain health & safety standards
  • Manage courier system, arrange vendors, post, and packaging

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a busy office environment
  • Proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with SAP and Ariba systems an advantage
  • Excellent verbal, conversational, and written English skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple calls
  • A self-starter with excellent initiative
  • Exceptional level of professionalism essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a global business environment
