About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to fill our Receptionist position.

This role will involve acting as the first point of contact for clients, overseeing daily office operations, and providing administrative support to fee earners.

  • Initial Point of Contact: Establish relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport building.
  • Daily Office Operations: Coordinate and monitor office activities, including client meetings, maintenance, administration, post, and equipment management.
  • Administrative Support: Assist fee earners with tasks such as typing, scheduling, and managing post.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure office equipment is fully functional and log calls to IT support as required.
  • Document Management: Manage use of strongroom/wills, offsite storage of documents, undertakings register, and title documents.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a legal background, excellent IT skills (proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook), and the ability to use their initiative in a demanding environment.

They must be adaptable, willing to carry out ancillary duties, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
