We are currently seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing customer relationships, managing orders, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Champion customer interests: Safeguard delivery conditions and act as the voice of the customer.
- Resolve challenges with impact: Handle escalated customer queries from the Customer Service team and manage complaints with a solutions-focused approach.
- Own business performance: Analyze KPIs related to financial performance and delivery metrics.
- Strengthen long-term relationships: Develop and enhance customer contracts and supplier agreements.
- Lead customer engagement: Collect and analyze customer insights and host regular customer performance reviews.
- Global Team Player: You are confident to work within a global team of Customer Service, Account and Sales.
- Deliver beyond expectations: Take on special projects and initiatives that drive operational excellence and customer value.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
- Minimum Diploma/degree qualified, preferably in a business or engineering discipline.
- 3 years+ Experience in customer related roles.
- Exceptional service orientation and customer focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid proficiency in relevant IT systems.
- Strong analytical skills and well-developed conceptual thinking abilities.
- Diplomacy and negotiating ability.
- Strong initiative to make decisions and a structured, systematic way of working.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
