Account Manager Position

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing customer relationships, managing orders, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion customer interests: Safeguard delivery conditions and act as the voice of the customer.
  • Resolve challenges with impact: Handle escalated customer queries from the Customer Service team and manage complaints with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Own business performance: Analyze KPIs related to financial performance and delivery metrics.
  • Strengthen long-term relationships: Develop and enhance customer contracts and supplier agreements.
  • Lead customer engagement: Collect and analyze customer insights and host regular customer performance reviews.
  • Global Team Player: You are confident to work within a global team of Customer Service, Account and Sales.
  • Deliver beyond expectations: Take on special projects and initiatives that drive operational excellence and customer value.
Person Specification:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

  • Minimum Diploma/degree qualified, preferably in a business or engineering discipline.
  • 3 years+ Experience in customer related roles.
  • Exceptional service orientation and customer focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid proficiency in relevant IT systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and well-developed conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Diplomacy and negotiating ability.
  • Strong initiative to make decisions and a structured, systematic way of working.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
