Key Responsibilities- Serve customers on the counter, answer phones and email enquiries
- Prepare timely quotes for customers
- Develop relationships with customers & suppliers
- Be a product knowledge expert to help customers find products they need – we'll train you on products
- Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer experience
